Bridgitt has a background in Sales, Sales Leadership and Entrepreneurship. She developed the GAARD Method to create actionable and lasting behavioral change in the business world and beyond. Bridgitt uses her Clinical Psychology education to prepare professionals—from entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 executives—for the challenges of today’s business environment.

She specializes in leadership, strategy and change management, individual and team effectiveness, women’s leadership, and utilizes psychology tools and approaches that create behavioral change and career impact. Her methodology has propelled over 20,000 careers on four different continents.  Bridgitt is known for creating a safe environment where people feel comfortable to step outside of their comfort zone to challenge themselves and grow.

Originally from Houston, Texas, Bridgitt currently resides in New York City with her two fabulous daughters and two pups (Violet and Lily). An avid supporter of Big Brothers/Big Sisters, she has been partnered with her “little”, Octavius for over 25 years. Bridgitt is currently involved with The Urban Assembly for Global Commerce, a high school in Harlem, NYC focused on creating opportunities for students to achieve success in the business world and in life.
