Barbara Sucoff is the Founder and President of Focused Consulting, a boutique consulting firm specializing in designing and delivering tailored training solutions in the areas of leadership, management, sales, client service and professional development. 

For over 20 years, Barbara has worked with CEO’s, CFO’s, COO’s, Senior Executives, Managers and Individual Contributors around the world. She has trained tens of thousands of business executives in over 30 countries. Barbara serves as the executive coach to many of her clients. 

She has partnered with the Gaard Group since 2020.

Clients rely on Barbara’s intensely passionate and refreshingly candid approach to connect with individuals and teams, challenging them to think beyond the current situation. Barbara recently published a book, Decoding Executives, What they say, what they mean and what you should do.

She is an avid cyclist and annually participates in the PanMass Challenge, a 2-day cycling event, to raise money for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. She is proud to say she recently summited Mount Kilimanjaro with her identical twin daughters. Originally from the Boston area, Barbara now resides in Sarasota, Florida. Barbara graduate from Skidmore College.
