Donisha Diagne is the Founder & CEO of September Ready Consulting. She has over 25 years of experience working with organizations worldwide to develop strategies to strengthen their people, enrich corporate culture, and improve leadership effectiveness.  

With her exceptional academic qualifications, which include a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Psychology – Consulting (Expected: 2022), a Master of Business Administration in Business Policy & Strategic Leadership, and a Master of Science in Labor Relations, she helps companies implement adaptable processes and build technology infrastructures that support business growth.

Donisha is passionate about people and works to create the “ah-ha” moments that challenge people and organizations and clarify where they want to go and how they will get there.

She is a voracious reader and runner who enjoys cooking and traveling with her three children. She loves learning new things, seeing new sights, and exploring different cultures.
