Dr. Jennifer D. Lewis

As the Principal of FeebeeJohn Consulting, Dr. Lewis has worked with organizations, leaders, teams, and individual contributors to help them get out of their own way and pursue goals they view as out of their reach.

With a background in human resources and education, Dr. Lewis brings 30 years of experience in diversity and inclusion as a coach focused on development, performance improvement, and talent management. In her consulting work, she has guided organizations through the creation of impactful strategies that promote and support diverse and inclusive cultures that value and embrace learning and development.

Dr. Lewis holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, an MBA in Management, and an MS in Human Resources Management. Dr. Lewis is a certified Diversity Executive and Project Management Professional (PMP). As an adjunct professor at City University of New York and Fairfield University she teaching undergraduate and graduate-level Human Resources and Business courses and helping to shape the future of DEI, professional leadership, and talent acquisition.
